potential.

OUR MISSION

To equip, educate, enlighten and motivate girls and women to develop confidence, self-esteem, wellbeing and
resilience through formal education, entrepreneurial and vocational training

OUR VALUES

To engage girls, young women, parents, volunteers, and members of
staff with kindness, trust, respect, empathy, humility, and compassion

OUR OBJECTIVES

To provide free and fully funded enrolment to basic secondary school education through community mobilisation for girls not in school or those who prefer a single-gender school.

To provide high quality entrepreneurial and vocational learning.

Reduce and eradicate unwanted adolescent pregnancies which can result in serious health implications such as Obstetric Fistula.

Help transform communities.

Break the cycle of generational poverty.

Increase the number of empowered girls and women.

WHY WE ADVOCATE FOR GIRL CHILD EDUCATION

Educating girls specifically has enormous and far-reaching benefits, as evidence shows. It reduces rates of child marriage, promotes healthier and smaller families, improves wages and jobs for women, and empowers women to become leaders at community and government levels.
